Sacred Heart will never be the same after J.D left, in order to be more fatherly and spend time with his son. Truth be told, the hospital changed a lot while he was here, and now that he's left everything is different and out of proportion. Everythings different, even the doctors. Dr. Cox pretends that this hasn't impacted him, even though it has, he continues to torture interns and still goes on countless rants. He is now the Chief of Medicine, and Chris Turk is the Chief of Surgery. Janitor is bored out of his wits now that his enemy is now gone and he has no one to constantly threaten. Nothing will ever be the same at Sacred Heart after my finale.
